That is why we tailor our Billing programs to meet the specific situation. When we code everything, we charge a "per account" fee. When you code and we bill only, we charge a percentage. Billing prices are based on coding, needed technology and the demographic area.

First, we all know qualified coders are hard to find. So send your records to EBS and let our certified, experienced coding staff get every dollar your entitled to. 24 hour turn around time on up to 1000 charts - guaranteed. $3 per record.

CHART AUDITS
A review of 100 random records to evaluate compliance to current documentation guidelines and identify areas of lost revenue due to inappropriate documentation and coding. $1000.

EDUCATION SERVICES
Geared for physicians, these seminars are designed to educate the physicians on documentation requirements dictated by AMA/CMS. Our speakers have years of experience and speak the language physicians understand. From $1200.

COMPLIANCE PROGRAMS
Designed specifically for the custom specialty practice, a formal, written compliance program is instituted and maintained, as recommended by AMA/CMS. From monthly education seminars of $3,000 to full service compliance implementations of $15,000.

FEE ANALYSIS
Yearly updates on your fee schedule, as recommended by AMA/CMS. Annual updates are based on the current Medicare Fee Schedule and calculated by the current industry standard to recommend fee increases. $1000.
